      About Seersucker and Sazeracs
Welcome to Seersucker and Sazeracs - a blog dedicated to those things one should know to live life in the modern world as a southern gentleman. Seersucker and Sazeracs is authored by Ryan Lee Waldron. Here you may see articles on Carnival, Creole Cuisine, and the Crescent City or possibly on Seafood, Spirits, and Southern Belles.

      About the Writer
Ryan Lee Waldron holds a Bachelor of Science from Tulane University and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University. He is a Coastal Engineer that lives in a 100+ year old house in Uptown New Orleans two blocks off of the parade route with his lovely wife and predictable old bird dog. He enjoys camping, Coastal Engineering, running, and enjoying a good cocktail. He is always up for a hunting trip, and despises his secret the fact that although he loves to eat fish, he has very little experience actually catching them. He is attempting to start a collection of carnival memorabilia, and rarely passes the opportunity to participate in good old fashioned Carnival Revelry.
